Free software

EIIM- as a digital marketing institute believe that students should learn more and more software to enhance their digital marketing skills. Here is some free software that we provide to our students: –
1.Yoast SEO
This fine piece of software by Team Yoast is the go-to SEO plugin for WordPress. If you want to take full control of your site’s search optimization, this is the way to go.
Features include automatically-updated XML sitemaps, editing for SEO titles and meta descriptions, breadcrumbs, and Open Graph integration.
2. Google Analytics by Yoast
Having an analytics solution in place is key to understand your visitors’ behaviour and most of us opt for Google Analytics. However, it’s quite annoying having to constantly surf to their site to see how our site is faring.
With Google Analytics by Yoast you can check the most important performance indicators for your site directly from the WordPress dashboard. It also has one of the easiest setups in the plugin sphere — you are literally done in seconds.
Other features include the option to ignore logged-in users of any level and upward, anonymize user IPs in countries where such a thing is mandatory, track 404 pages and more.
3. MailChimp for WP/MailPoet
Collecting email addresses is mandatory when you are running a website. The SumoMe stack above offers several solutions for this, however, it is far from the only one. MailChimp for WP lets you connect your site to the popular email marketing provider MailChimp . On the other hand, MailPoet is a service that keeps your list locally on your own site.
4. Contact Form 7
Not only is it your job to communicate effectively to the outside, but your readers should find it equally easy to get in touch with you. A good contact form is a simple solution for that.
While there are many solutions for forms out there, Contact Form 7 has stood the test of time as one of the most popular WordPress plugins.
It’s easy to use and allows you to create forms for your blog without any coding. Besides that, it also supports spam fighting technology like CAPTCHA and Akismet.
5. Floating Social Bar
How often does your content get shared on social media?
Ideally, the more, the better. If you can increase those social shares, you can get more traffic, exposure, and revenue. And one of the best ways to increase traffic and social shares is with the Floating Social Bar plugin.
You see, many social share plugins are heavy and can slow down your site. But Floating Social Bar stays slim because it only supports major social media networks like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google+.
What’s more, the plugin only loads scripts when necessary – it shows a replica image with all the share counts until a user scrolls over the social share buttons – so your site can stay as fast as it normally is.
6. WP Review
Do you review products/services on your website? If so, WP Review is a must-have plugin.
It displays your ratings for your posts in Google’s search results. You can customize it so that the review shows up as stars, points, or percentage ratings as well.
What’s more, this plugin used to premium, so you know it is high quality.
7. Google Analytics by MonsterInsights
As you probably know, it’s important to keep a close eye on your analytics, so that you understand your visitors’ behaviour.
As the old saying goes, what gets measured gets managed. And Google Analytics allows you to measure visitor stats better than anything else.
Here are some of the features of this plugin:
• The Google Analytics tracking code. This is the fasted and most reliable tracking code that Google has to offer.
• Visitor metric dashboards in WordPress install. You can easily see all the metrics in one place.
• Simple installation. It integrates with Google Analytics API, so you just need to select the site you want to track and authenticate it, then you’re good to go.

8.TinyMCE Advanced
This plugin will let you add, remove and arrange the buttons that are shown on the Visual Editor toolbar. You can configure up to four rows of buttons including Font Sizes, Font Family, text and background colours, tables, etc. It will also let you enable the editor menu, see the screenshots.
It includes 15 plugins for TinyMCE that are automatically enabled or disabled depending on the buttons you have chosen. In addition, this plugin adds some commonly used options as keeping the paragraph tags in the Text editor and importing the CSS classes from the theme’s editor-style.css.
 Support for creating and editing tables.
 More options when inserting lists.
 Search and Replace in the editor.
 Ability to set Font Family and Font Sizes.
 And many others.
With this plugin you can also enable the TinyMCE menu above the toolbars. This will make the editor even more powerful and convenient.
